A proud father of two with advanced qualifications in safe guarding and passion for care. Greg set up Caring Hands in 2011 aiming to be different from other care agencies delivering a person-centred approach and empowering people with the choice to shape their own care. His parents have a combined experience of over 70 years’ within healthcare boasting a wealth of knowledge passed onto Greg.
Geraldine is the master of all things clinical. Previous to Caring Hands Geraldine was a Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities for over ten years and has more recently completed a BA Hons Degree in Social Work adding to her impressive portfolio. She has worked at Caring Hands for over five years now managing individual care plans for our clients presenting a compassionate, honest and caring service.
Ensuring the smooth running of Caring Hands and professional delivery of high quality care, Lesley is very dedicated and hard working. Lesley is a member of the Chartered Managers Institute and received a certificate in Management from them. She is qualified in managing finance, people, information and operations. Whilst managing a range of duties Lesley also makes sure quality, efficiency and productivity is kept to a high standard.
Amie has joined Caring Hands as the Joint Care Manager. She is an experienced care services manager with a care home background and is currently working towards a Lvl 5 Management qualification. Passionate about high quality care and professional development, Amie holds several qualifications including an NVQ Lvl 3 Health & Social Care and Dementia Champion as well as being a moving and handling trainer.
Jean has an extensive experience in care – she is a General Trained Nurse, Registered Sick Children’s Nurse and holds a number of impressive qualifications including an NVQ Level 5 Supervisory Management and Child and Adolescent Mental Health NU 2030.
Julie leads, develops and co-ordinates our Carers to ensure we provide the highest standards of respect and care. She is also a key point of contact for our clients and their families, ensuring the delivery of high quality home care.
